Opmerkingen:de woning oorspronkelijk ingericht was als een kangoeroewoning, met toegang via de tuin, met een trap boven de wijnkelder naar de pianokamer, die dat opgedeeld was in een zitkamer achteraan en een keuken aan de voorkant met een tweede trap die via de badkamer toegang gaf tot de kamer voor de grootouders.
